Who’s in your top 40? Nominate now! Nominations close March 15, 2022
As part of its 40th Foundation Day celebrations of St. Stephen’s school, TOSS is seeking nominations for its Top 40 alumni, and organizers want your help.
“In this anniversary year, we want to shine a bright light on our alumni and raise awareness about the impact that they are having both locally and beyond,” said Aditya Akre, President TOSS. Stephenians are literally everywhere. They are teachers, doctors, sportsters, business owners, professionals, our social service providers.
“We have more than 30,000 alumni now and a lot to celebrate in terms of the contributions they are making to society,” said Akre.
Submission Criteria:
- Anyone can submit an online nomination
- The nominee must meet the definition of alumni: By-laws
Any student who has given board exams from St. Stephen’s School
Any student who has studied for 1 or more year at St. Stephen’s School
- The nominee must demonstrate excellence in one or more of the following categories:
- Community, national, and international contributions
- Commitment to others
- Acted with selflessness and/or courage
- Leadership
- Creativity/innovation
- Career/professional excellence
- The candidate selected must agree to provide a head-shot photograph and written biography, and attend the 40th Anniversary event on April 12, 2022.
Top 40 Alumni Selection process:
A special task force of the TOSS board directors and St. Stephen’s staff will convene to review and rank all submissions. The Top 40 Alumni Task force will meet at intervals during the campaign, between Feb 15 to March 15, 2022. The Task Force will review and select our 40 Top alumni based on the criteria outlined. The winners will be featured in this year’s annual school magazine and will be awarded during the 40th Founder’s Day celebration on April 12, 2022 in school.
Winners will be notified in the last week of March.
Exclusions from Eligibility:
The TOSS Board of Directors and full-time employees at St. Stephen’s School are not eligible for nomination.
